You ever wake up feeling like your energy bar is already at 3%? Like, you haven’t even started the day, and you’re already tired? Same. We push through work, family, emotions, and life in general, and still somehow manage to smile at people like we’re not one inconvenience away from a nap. And hey, it’s okay to admit you’re exhausted and overwhelmed. That doesn’t make you weak, it just makes you human.
Think of yourself like a little flower in a crazy storm. The wind is doing the most, the rain is coming sideways, but those roots, they’re still holding on. That’s what God’s grace is like, it keeps us grounded when everything is trying to knock us down. On the days you’re dragging your feet and running on fumes, that’s when His strength shows up the most.

Take a second, pause, breathe. Imagine just collapsing into God’s arms for a minute, no pretending, no filters, just you being real. Tell Him exactly how you feel, the messy, unfiltered version. He’s not scared of your honesty, in fact, He meets you right there, in that space, and starts refilling what’s been poured out.
So, breathe in slowly, exhale the stress, and talk to Him like you’d talk to a friend, because He actually cares about every little thing on your mind. His mercy hits “refresh” every single morning, even on the days you feel like hitting snooze on life. His love doesn’t just cover you, it overflows, steady and unfailing, even when your emotions don’t. You’re not walking through any of this by yourself.
Today, instead of trying to power through on your own strength, lean into His. If you feel like you’ve got nothing left, that’s okay, He’s got more than enough for both of you. Keep showing up, keep shining, sis, brother, friend, even if your shine feels more like a flicker right now. God’s holding you, and He’s not letting go. 🌟
